Position Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sales Administrator to join our team. The candidate will manage all aspects of Payment product customer onboarding, including contract handling, billing, and serve as a contact point for internal and external partners.

Reports To: General Manager, Payments
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role supporting a Sales department/ function
- Experience using Salesforce, Excel, Docusign and/or Adobe Sign
- Understanding of sales process: contracts/agreements, purchase orders, new customer onboarding, reporting
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building with internal and external customers
Responsibilities:
- Create contacts, accounts, and opportunities
- Create purchase orders through multiple CRMs (Dynamics/SalesForce)
- Input Gross Processing Volume / Average Ticket Size and suggested price points into merchant tracker
- Collaborate with Order Administration team to ensure all documents are executed by corporate and franchisees
- Collaborate with Onboarding teams to ensure timely rollout
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customer/reseller contacts.
- Produce monthly and quarterly status reports for internal customers.
- Effectively prioritize workload, scheduling, and escalations.
- Manage relationships between internal and third-party onboarding teams.
- Manage relationships between internal and third-party billing/invoicing teams.
- Act as point of contact for internal and external customers

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $68,000 CAD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
