Compensation: $55,000 base salary annually + bonus opportunities
Modality: Hybrid — requires regular in-office presence in West Valley, UT
Schedule: Monday–Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
What you’ll be doing
Build and strengthen relationships with vendor accounts in your assigned territory.
Conduct daily pipeline reviews, identifying opportunities and driving follow-up actions.
Ensure vendors move efficiently through the sales cycle by leading strategic, quota-driven conversations.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions virtually or over the phone.
Communicate the Clicklease program and value proposition clearly and persuasively.
Collaborate with internal teams and the regional outside sales team to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term vendor success.
Develop and execute strategies to grow financing volume with existing vendor partners.
Research vendor industries to better understand client business needs and tailor solutions.
Summarize territory performance, pipeline activity, and market insights for weekly reporting.
Report geographic trends and business opportunities to management.
Maintain accurate records, notes, and activities in Salesforce CRM.
What you have
2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Critical thinking skills and adaptability to evolving business needs
Strong organizational and time management skills
Results-driven mindset with a professional, positive, and collaborative demeanor
What will make you stand out
Experience in B2B equipment financing or financial services
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field
