Job Title: Account Sales Manager – Semiconductor EquipmentLocation: Yokohama, Japan

Key Responsibilities- Represent KLA to customers and vice versa in all sales-related activities.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions using KLA’s product portfolio.
- Present product roadmaps and technical capabilities to customers.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and technical discussions with internal teams.
- Prepare and negotiate pricing quotations and contracts in alignment with company policies.
- Monitor and follow up on order processing, delivery schedules, and accounts receivable.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and visit summaries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to management.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience;
- Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years;
- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
- Proven track record of managing complex accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Japanese and English.
- Japanese N1(Native level)
- English (Business level)
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with metrology, inspection, or lithography tools.
- Familiarity with Japanese semiconductor manufacturers and their business culture.
- Strategic thinking and ability to influence decision-makers.
