This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, driving commercial performance, coordinating cross-functional activities, and providing disciplined account management practices that support long-term growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who excels at customer management, analytics, business processes, and commercial execution. While experience with appliance OEMs is a plus, we are primarily seeking an individual with strong account management fundamentals and a demonstrated ability to manage customer business using facts, metrics, and data.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable working across the U.S. and Mexico, and capable of building strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
