Your Role
-
Leading sales activities as an account manager of Advanced Safety and User Experience
-
Management to sustain current business growth for ADAS
-
Working with global pursuit team, finance, logistics and others in all of Aptiv regions.

Working with customer purchasing team to negotiate pricing, financial performance and other sales related
-
Develop and nurture relationships with customer organizations across the functions(Purchasing, Engineering, Project, etc.)
-
Capability of forecast revenue management, business budget plan by working with internal team and customer
-
Work closely with global counterparts to implement global strategy
-
Interface with Aptiv global commercial teams and manufacturing plants to ensure customer’s expectations
-
Responsible for contributing to commercial aspects in identifying , quoting , and winning new business , while increasing the size of the opportunity space with customer portfolio . S / he will contribute to the critical sales elements including but not limited to customer strategy , price management , stakeholder relationship management internally and externally and sales cycle .
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

Minimum 5 years of sales experience with Hyundai and Kia in automotive industry

Overall 7+ years working experience
-
Sales experience for ADAS or electronics product- Preferred
-
Bachelor's degree
-
Proficient English both in verbal and in written
-
Capability on sales planning, data analysis and financial statement as sales account manager

Good skill set of MS Office tools

A graduate in ME/ M.Tech (Software/Electricals/Electronics/ Instrumentation
