The Semiconductor Process Control (Semi PC) business unit designs, builds, sells and supports a comprehensive product portfolio that ensures high-quality production of the chips that power the technologies of today and the future, including AI, data centers, automotive and electronic devices. Semi PC’s differentiated inspection, metrology and data analytic systems discover, characterize and monitor the defects and variations that can affect manufacturing processes across the semiconductor ecosystem, including high-performance logic chips, advanced memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials. Semi PC solves our customers’ most critical challenges through a combination of innovative technologies, close collaborations, and a dynamic, global team. Job Description

Our team in Dresden, Germany are recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join our established team. This role supports, builds and develops relationships with KLA customers. You will hold responsibility for;

  • Building strong customer relationships at all levels, working closely with the customer to understand their problems and create a superior customer experience.
  • Setting and tracking sales account targets, aligned with company objectives. Monitoring sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Successful development and implementation of global negotiation strategies and their coordination
  • Leading multi-disciplinary cross companies’ teams toward the achievement of technical and commercial objectives.
  • Coordination and implementation of global strategies to continuously increase customer satisfaction, market share and earnings.
  • Traveling to see customers in Europe and internationally (30-40%)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's level degree and related work experience
  • Sales and key account management experience
  • General knowledge of the semiconductor industry is desirable.
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals with an understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to deliver effective technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers
  • Experience with Miller Heiman or Conceptual Sales techniques is a plus
  • Result-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills along with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication along with accomplished digital literacy
  • Fluent in English and German is desirable.
