 This opportunity is 100% office based at our Biopolis office. 

What you will do: 

  • Manage the portfolio of Singapore and Malaysia accounts to ensure growth and achieve long-term success 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape 
  • Develop positive relationships and act as the point of contact while handling customer needs 
  • Respond to customer’s inquiries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. 
  • Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines 
  • Generate new sales using existing and potential customer networks  
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions

Who are we looking for? 

  • Min Bachelor’s degree in food science or relevant field  
  • No sales experience required. If you’ve got the drive to win, a curious mind, and lead with empathy, this is the career break you’ve been waiting for

  • You're self-motivated, persuasive, and results oriented. 
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office  
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment 
  • Mandatory monthly travel to Malaysia

About Sensient New Global Innovation Center in Singapore:

Sensient new global innovation center GIC will bring together scientists and technologists from many different Sensient business units, including Food Colors and Flavors – Pharmaceutical - Sensient Agricultural ingredients – BioNutrients - Cosmetics.

With a focus on new product development and application extension, the Center will exemplify deep collaboration and cross-pollination of Sensient Groups. This will allow the teams to innovate in a broader sensory context of flavor, color, texture, sight and aroma.
