Role Summary:

In this role, you have the opportunity to be responsible for achieving targeted sales volumes, profit margin and sales forecast at a assigned regions, while promoting Philips product portfolio as a primary point of contact for customer accounts in Gyeongsang area as part of the regional team.

필립스코리아에서 경상 지역을 담당할 Account Manager를 채용합니다. 해당 포지션은 Philips 고객의 전략과 시장 동향을 깊이 이해하여 단기 및 장기적인 비즈니스 가치를 극대화하고, 고객과의 신뢰 있는 관계를 기반으로 영업 기회를 창출하는 역할을 수행합니다.
Modality Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain 등 내부 팀과 협업하여 One Philips 접근 방식으로 Account 전략 및 비즈니스 성장 계획을 수립하고 실행합니다.
지속적인 프로세스 개선을 추진하며, Funnel 관리 및 시장 점유율 확대를 통해 매출 성과를 극대화합니다.
 

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a primary point of contact for customer accounts in the Gyeongsang area as part of the regional team.
  • Accountable for achieving targeted sales volumes, profit margin and sales forecast at a assigned regions and accountable for managing the sales orders.
  • Prepares the tactical account plan in line with account strategy in the region and implements the sales strategy. Responsible for filling the funnel management tool (SFDC).
  • Coordinates internal and external resources to obtain objectives involving local sales force and marketing support.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies.
  • Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competitors’ movement and trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • University degree or above
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing environment within imaging systems or medical devices area preferred
  • Passion and motivation for sales and business challenges
  • Resilience and ability to influence others
  • Customer orientation, good communication and analytical skill
  • Flexibility to travel across Korea
  • 근무지: 부산 (Location: Busan)

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
