Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Account Management Specialist to generate new business opportunities, engage with potential corporate clients, and support business growth through proactive sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calls and emails
• Identify decision-makers and build relationships with potential clients
• Schedule meetings and product demos with qualified prospects
• Manage sales activities and opportunities through CRM
• Follow up with prospects and support business growth
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in B2B Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Business Development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM is a plus)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in Arabic and English (preferably)
