This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and dynamic professional to contribute directly to pipeline generation and play a key role in scaling our sales development function in a fast-paced SaaS and FinTech environment focused on transforming employee benefits.
💡 About YouWe are looking for an energetic, sharp, and detail-oriented professional, passionate about selling solutions that transform the status quo.
You will have a key client-facing role and will represent Pluxee on a daily basis.
2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or a similar sales role;
Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects, showing adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment;
Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks in a growing sales pipeline;
Experience with inbound and/or outbound prospecting (inside or outside sales exposure is a plus);
High motivation and enthusiasm to grow alongside a dynamic team, making an impact;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Focused on continuous learning, with a proactive and resilient mindset.
Want to break into B2B sales and build a long-term career in Tech & SaaS, learning the ropes as an AE and growing toward future roles in our sales team;
Are dynamic, proactive, and not afraid of picking up the phone to engage with potential clients;
Have some customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, sales, support, etc.), giving you awareness of pressure, rejection, and resilience;
Are coachable, open to feedback, curious to learn, and eager to improve every day;
Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high activity levels;
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and adapt well to fast-paced environments;
Work closely with your Manager to provide input on business growth and align revenue strategies with overall company objectives.
Native Portuguese speaker (required);
English proficiency is highly valued.
