🧭 Your Role
- As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in accelerating our growth by closing high-impact deals, delivering real value to local businesses, and strengthening our brand presence in Spain.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique challenges of each business and demonstrate how Partoo’s solutions solve real problems.
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: From discovery to demo to closing — you’ll own the full sales cycle.
- Strategic Prospecting: You’ll work in partnership with BDRs to target high-potential accounts across Spain.
- Multi-Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with CMOs, Heads of E-Commerce, and Retail/Field Ops teams to drive decisions.
- Collaboration: Partner with CSM, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to ensure client satisfaction and long-term growth.
- Sales Discipline: Use tools like Salesforce, MEDDIC, and custom playbooks to manage your pipeline and forecast accurately.
✅ Your Profile
- 6+ years in SaaS sales, ideally in a consultative or complex selling environment.
- Native in Spanish, with professional fluency in English, (Portuguese is a plus)
- Strong closing skills and experience selling to multi-site businesses or large accounts.
- Prospection skills.
- Analytical, structured, and process-driven — with a good command of CRM (Salesforce).
- Comfortable selling across stakeholders (Marketing, Ops, C-Level) and building long-term trust.
- Eager to be part of an international and growing team.
