Hi, we’re Formations, a Seattle-based startup reimagining financial management for self-employed professionals. If you’ve ever run your own business or know someone who has, then you know it’s challenging enough without the added pressure of having to become an expert in taxes, accounting, and financial planning. Formations is developing the first comprehensive product to automate business incorporation, expense tracking, payroll, and benefit allocations. With our technology and team of financial experts by their side, self-employed professionals will have the playbook and tools needed to focus on growing their business while saving thousands on annual taxes, achieving financial well-being, and securing their futures through better financial decision making.

We are looking for Sales Executive to join our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and emails to prospective clients
  • Present products and services to individuals and groups via online meeting tools
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipeline
  • Close opportunities and execute on contracts
  • Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
  • Meet and exceed established weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Help refine our go-to-market plans through constant feedback to the team
  • Collaborate with sales team to assist in evolving our repeatable sales playbook

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • 2+ years of sales experience (full cycle sales preferred)
  • Background in selling to a self-employed industry (real estate agents, insurance agents, freelancers, etc) is a plus
  • FinTech background is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated and target driven
  • Flexible attitude

$100-150K OTE ;Base + Uncapped Commission
