The Asia Emerging Talent Program runs for a duration of six (6) months.
Responsibilities:
Support the activation and onboarding of customer accounts, including setting up email domains, phone numbers, and trial features.
Assist in managing user accounts, billing information, and product configurations, ensuring data accuracy in internal systems.
Help review and update communication platform costs (such as Viber and WhatsApp) and support execution of price changes for customers.
Contribute to operational projects by updating large volumes of account data and suggesting ways to streamline processes.
Partner with sales and partnership teams to set up new customer accounts and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences.
Research, identify, and qualify new business leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach, sharing insights on market trends.
Coordinate supporting documents for spam reports and communicate with telecom partners as needed.
Qualifications:
Are a fresh graduate in search of a career within a multinational company.
Have a passion for learning new technologies & tools.
Have an interest in working with a diverse range of customers across different divisions and geographic regions.
Are a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Are amenable to work at least thrice a week from our office in BGC, Taguig City.
