The Asia Emerging Talent Program runs for a duration of six (6) months.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the activation and onboarding of customer accounts, including setting up email domains, phone numbers, and trial features.

  • Assist in managing user accounts, billing information, and product configurations, ensuring data accuracy in internal systems.

  • Help review and update communication platform costs (such as Viber and WhatsApp) and support execution of price changes for customers.

  • Contribute to operational projects by updating large volumes of account data and suggesting ways to streamline processes.

  • Partner with sales and partnership teams to set up new customer accounts and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences.

  • Research, identify, and qualify new business leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach, sharing insights on market trends.

  • Coordinate supporting documents for spam reports and communicate with telecom partners as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Are a fresh graduate in search of a career within a multinational company.

  • Have a passion for learning new technologies & tools.

  • Have an interest in working with a diverse range of customers across different divisions and geographic regions.

  • Are a team player with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Are amenable to work at least thrice a week from our office in BGC, Taguig City.
