This role must perform Individual Contributor role for IAM projects. Candidate should be able to manage his/her deliveries and should be able to establish, strengthen and nurture relationships with clients. Business Analyst profiles will also be suited here. If candidate is Engineer or Business analyst or can work in both capacity its good to have that.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • 1-2 large SailPoint ISC or IIQ implementation as Business Analyst or Implementation Engineer. BA is mandatory and if analyst experience is there it would be preferable
  • Be able to do work as individual contributor for IAM related deliverables
  • End to end ownership as Business Analyst, business enabler for successful implementation of SailPoint ISC with all the modules and onboarding of various types of trusted and target applications
  • Working with clients to support user acceptance testing, debugging and migration to production environments
  • Maintain relationships with client management to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing, and deliverables. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex information systems and apply it to client situations
  • Create innovative insights for clients, adapts methods & practices to fit operational team needs & contributes to thought leadership documents
  • Maintain a solid client focus by effectively serving client needs and developing productive working relationships with client personnel. Stay abreast of current business and economic developments and new pronouncements/standards relevant to the client's business
  • Act as liaison between business teams, InfoSec, IAM operations, engineering, auditors, and project managers
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, solution walkthroughs, and UAT planning sessions
  • Create and execute test cases, UAT test scripts, and support defect management for SailPoint IIQ/ISC enhancements
  • Validate onboarding of new applications, schema mappings, and certification workflows
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation including Functional specs, Process flows (Visio), IAM standards and procedures, Application onboarding artifacts
  • Ensure alignment with security, audit, and compliance requirements Able to drive the client and application team calls for application onboarding
  • Use case design, Solution Requirements Specification and mapping business requirements to technical requirements (Traceability Matrix)
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Solid understanding of Identity Access Management concepts
  • Business Analyst experience on end-to-end implementation of Identity and Access Management including SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and/or SailPoint Identity IQ
  • Hands-on for requirements collection, documentation of Business Requirement Document and testing experience
  • Understanding the business requirement and converting that into low level design and development artifacts
  • Proven to have completed at least 1-2 implementations as engineer or business analyst
  • Proven advanced written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
  • Proven to analyze and improve identity governance processes including Automated provisioning/deprovisioning, Offshore/onshore workforce onboarding flows, Role-based access control (RBAC), Separation of Duties (SoD) policies

  • PAM knowledge also Privileged Access Management

Skills Required

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • Business Analyst experience on end-to-end implementation of IAM including SailPoint ISC and/or IIQ
  • Hands-on experience with requirements collection and testing
  • Proven completion of at least 1-2 implementations as engineer or business analyst

  • Knowledge of automated provisioning/deprovisioning and role-based access control
