About the role
The Head Mixologist oversees the outlet's bar operations and other bartenders' work to ensure that they provide beyond expectation to the guest and ensure the smooth running of the bar. He/She plans, organizes, controls and directs the work of Bartenders in the restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction. Candidates must have a firm knowledge of the local market, luxury bar experience and effective communication skills in both speaking and writing English.

What you will do

• Trains, supervises all bar staff.
• The ability to requisition, pick up, verify, and put away all requisitions for liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks and food items used for the bar areas.
• Offer guests of the F&B venues an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
• Stock controls at the bar areas with liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, glassware and condiments.
• Ensure proper pouring, mixing, blending, etc. of drinks.
• Maintains a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with all guests during their dining experience.
• Communicates with other departments to ensure a supporting team of professionals.
• Communicates with Restaurant and Bar Manager to discuss menus, marketing strategies and guests comments and concerns.
• Assists for performance evaluations for all employees.
• Maintains a daily log for communication between staff and upper management.
• Attends and participates in all required meetings.
• Promotes teamwork and fosters a harmonious working climate.
• Promotes good public relations and handles complaints or concerns of guests.
• Properly handles and reports employee and guest accidents.
• Performs other tasks and projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
• Develops and maintains an elegantly appointed environment with high qualified staff, dedicated to attentive, distinctive experience.
• Ensures that the correct and consistent service techniques for various meal periods will be demosntrated by all staff.
• Anticipates in advance all materials and supplies, assure their availability
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Beverage Director, Food & Beverage Outlet Manager or Assistant Director of Food & Beverage
