Responsible for conducting training and safety programs for teammates in the division's warehouse.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8AM to 430PM
Compensation: 22 per hour
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct new hire on the job training.
-
Conduct Delivery of Operations Orientation (Onboarding and Compliance)
-
Conducts on the job training sessions covering specified areas such as new procedures and coach for correction as requested by a supervisor or manager.

Provides position-based safety training.
-
Conducts Material Handling Equipment Training.
-
Responsible for function specific training with CSW
-
Responsible for ensuring teammates are trained on using OMU.
-
Maintains record of all trainings.
-
Provides focused safety training for teammates with 2 or more accidents
-
Conducts DC inspections monthly
-
Assists DC management in initial incident investigations
-
Emergency Response
-
Provides training to teammates on all shifts.
-
Performs additional duties as directed.
QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE:
-
HS Diploma or Equivalent
-
At least one year of O&M experience required for internal teammates
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Certified on all warehouse machinery.
