The Safety & Training Coordinator will have a Primary Job function within Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, or Shipping and will be a certified Train Trainer on Material Handling Equipment and an RF subject matter expert for their functional area. Their secondary job function will include material handling certification for MAT and Temporary employees, as well as primary job function training in their area of expertise.

A Safety & Training Coordinator will be considered for promotional opportunities by demonstrating a strong work ethic, arriving at work on time, and remaining productive throughout the day. The next step for an S&TC will include cross-functional training and the potential for advancement to Warehouse Specialist or Leadership Development.
