The Role

Safety Solutions Associate

As a Safety Solutions Associate at Voxel, you will help frontline safety leaders translate AI-driven insights into meaningful action. You’ll support customers in identifying root causes of risk, strengthening safety programs, and shifting from reactive incident response to proactive risk prevention.

This role is critical to driving measurable safety outcomes for our customers, and you will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure our platform delivers real-world impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with customer safety and operations leaders to interpret Voxel insights and recommend practical risk-reduction strategies.

  • Support onboarding and implementation efforts to ensure customers successfully integrate Voxel into their safety workflows.

  • Analyze safety event data and trends to identify root causes and opportunities for operational improvement.

  • Deliver training sessions and enablement materials that empower customers to use Voxel effectively.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to share customer feedback and inform roadmap priorities.

  • Contribute to playbooks and best practices that scale impact across a growing customer base.

  • Drive measurable impact by helping customers reduce leading indicators of risk and improve safety program performance.

What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 0–3 years of experience in safety, risk management, EHS, or a related field (internships included).

  • Foundational knowledge of workplace safety principles and hazard identification.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to frontline teams and leadership.

  • Demonstrated ownership of projects, coursework, or early-career initiatives.

  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments.

  • Familiarity with AI, computer vision, or SaaS platforms.

  • OSHA 10/30, GSP, ASP, certification or other relevant safety credentials.

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

  • Experience in data analytics and business case development.

Compensation

Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 base salary + equity
