Responsibilities

- Performs periodic and random inspections of the building and grounds protecting property from theft, embezzlement, vandalism, fire,

and accidents.

- Maintains standards enforced at locations such ID’s, asset control, and key control.

- Maintains inspection reports and records, advises management of deficiencies, as well as remedial or disciplinary efforts needed to

correct deficiencies.

- Investigates all security incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards and prepares a complete report to include

statements from involved parties and witnesses.

- Provides any needed assistance to team members and visitors within the department and company guidelines.

- Provides outstanding service at all times including answering inquiries, directing traffic, providing directions, delivering

packages, and information for general problem solving.

- Patrol of the interior and perimeter of corporate offices/buildings to observe and identify potential security and safety risks or

undesirable conditions.

- Administer basic first aid and CPR as needed.

- Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by HGVC from time to time, is essential

to the successful performance of this position.

- Carries out reasonable requests of management.

Qualifications

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

HS/GED Diploma
Certified Lodging Security Officer Certification (must be obtained within 180 days of hire)
Current CPR and First Aid Certification (must be obtained within 180 days of hire)
