Safety Sales Support Executive
Based – Telford Head Office (min. 3 days per week office based)
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Safety Sales Support Executive to support our Safety Sales and Category teams. This is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, supporting new business wins, and delivering excellent internal and external service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing shared inboxes and responding to queries quickly and professionally
- Chasing outstanding orders with suppliers and internal teams
- Producing accurate month-end reports
- Handling pricing queries and completing pricing checks
- Coordinating product samples (ordering, tracking, distribution)
- Supporting the onboarding and implementation of new business wins
- Assisting with promotions, reporting, and presentations
- Updating product content on internal systems and webshop
- Supporting brand activity, including managing assets and communicating brand guidelines with suppliers.
- Providing general admin and operational support to the sales team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Confident working across multiple teams
- Experience in admin, sales support, or similar role (preferred)
