Site Safety Supervision: Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with the HSE policies and Qatar regulatory standards.
Risk Assessment: Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and recommend preventive measures.
Incident Management: Report, investigate, and document accidents, near misses, and unsafe practices.
Training & Awareness: Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for workers and subcontractors.
Permit-to-Work Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to PTW systems, confined space entry, and work-at-height protocols.
Emergency Preparedness: Support emergency response drills and ensure readiness of firefighting and first-aid equipment.
Documentation: Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation for audits.
Coordination: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to enforce safety standards.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements in safety procedures and contribute to a zero-incident culture.
RequirementsQualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
Minimum 5+ years of safety experience in construction/oil and gas projects (preferably in Qatar).
NEBOSH IGC / OSHA Certification
ISO 45001:2018 Awareness
First Aid & Fire Safety Training
Work at Height / Confined Space Training
Skills Required
