How You Will Make an Impact:
The Safety Analytical Administrator will be part of our fast pace moving EHS Department. This position will be responsible for regular monthly audits, along with assisting in the day to day data using our KPA system.
RESPONSBILITIES:
- Assistant to Safety Management Team
- Conducts analytical reviews and audits and trending safety reports; performs gap analysis and evaluates activity deficiencies.
- Create profiles in KPA for all new hires
- Create and distribute boot vouchers for all new hires
- Completes monthly audits regarding 1 year boot vouchers
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Plan trainings and find locations for trainings if needed to be off site
- Will require occasional work outside of normal business hours – office events and urgent matters
- Collects, registers, reviews, and archives safety data
- Assists in creating SOP’s when given information from Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
