About the Role:
- Conduct daily site safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety plans, procedures, and statutory EHS requirements.
- Identify unsafe acts/conditions, issue corrective actions, and follow‑up until resolution.
- Monitor high‑risk activities (lifting, working at height, electrical works, hot works) and ensure appropriate permits are implemented.
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions to workers and subcontractors.
- Prepare daily EHS reports, incident logs, and support investigations for accidents or near‑miss cases.
About You:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in EHS inspection or safety supervision on construction projects, preferably industrial or data‑centre environments.
- Practical experience monitoring high‑risk construction activities (e.g., working at height, lifting operations, electrical works, hot works).
- Solid understanding of EHS regulations, safety standards, and permit‑to‑work systems.
- Experience conducting toolbox talks, safety briefings, and worker training.
- Strong ability to identify hazards, issue corrective actions, and prepare incident or near‑miss reports.
