The Technical Part:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering. CHST, CAPM, OSHA 30-hour Certification, and CRIS, with 5+ years of construction safety experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Availability: On-site support.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) on construction sites
- Development of Contractor Safety Programs (ACSP)
- Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Develop, implement, and manage the Contractor Safety Program (ACSP) to align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs to contractors and site personnel.
- Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Stay updated on OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies to maintain compliance and address any concerns.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate safety risks associated with construction activities.
- Develop and implement risk control measures to minimize hazards.
- Lead and mentor safety teams to foster a strong safety culture.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure safety is prioritized.
- Effectively communicate safety expectations and requirements to all levels of the organization.
