We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health and Safety Consulting team at Marsh Advisory. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
A unique opportunity exists within our Health and Safety Consulting practice. The Safety Systems Coordinator role reports to the Managing H&S Consultant and is part of a team of specialist consultants who deliver WHS services, including innovative digital safety solutions. We are seeking a passionate and driven professional with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to take on a crucial role in the development and implementation of HSI Donesafe safety software solutions for our clients.
We will count on you to:
- Develop project scope and clear implementation deliverables in conjunction with clients and Safety Consultants
- Translate client requirements into actionable steps to configure Safety Systems
- Maintain clear and prompt communication with our clients and Safety Consultants on project status and timelines
- Plan and manage projects effectively, identifying and addressing key risks and issues
- Manage client requests and problem-solving to deliver client-first outcomes
- Effectively manage multiple projects at the same time
What you need to have:
- 1-2 years experience in WHS advisory or a related role is desirable
- Implementation of digital WHS systems (highly regarded)
- HSI Donesafe platform experience (highly regarded)
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Tertiary degree in Work Health and Safety, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) or working towards (highly regarded)
