Job Summary:
Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers and customers during the sales process | Performs technical sales support at customer sites or on a multiple-site basis | Resolves technical product/service issues | Assists customers during the sales process to maximize the benefits derived from the organization's products and/or services | Responsibilities are within the Technical Sales Support Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines
Responsibilities;
- Design and implement Safety SOPs, work permits, Job safety analysis for all installations, preventive mainenance, service systems including chemical handling.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety SOPs by field teams
- Do field audits for all service and sales processes
- Train field team on safe service systems
- Ensure zero accident in field
- Safety approval of all equipments including new lauch
- Extensive international travel ( 15 to 20 days in a month)
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience of electrical systems, earthing/grounding
- · B.E. (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Chemical) + Safety certification + Electrical Certification
- 5-7years Experience
