The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
- Managing vehicle reservations, including tracking mileage and maintaining spreadsheets for accounting purposes.
- Monitoring and responding to communications through the Lobby Desk email and calendar.
- Performing daily morning camera checks, including surveillance under the parking deck.
- Overseeing parking assignments for the headquarters campus.
- Updating, maintaining, and distributing Emergency Evacuation Rosters.
- Preparing and distributing New Hire Safety and Security Welcome Information via email.
- Assisting in drafting and distributing department notifications and advisories.
- Supporting the maintenance and updates of the department’s internal website.
- Providing general assistance with daily departmental tasks as needed.
Requirements for the position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks required.
- Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Exceptional observation and decision-making skills.
- Use of initiative and independent judgement.
- High level of professionalism.
- Ability to access, input, and process information with the computer for up to two hours intermittently.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- College degree or some college completed preferred.
- Previous experience in reception or security preferred.
- Experience working in a corporate office environment preferred.
