Play a key role in protecting what matters most - children’s safety and wellbeing. As a Safety and Compliance Business Partner, you’ll work alongside OSHC and Kindergarten services to strengthen compliance, embed best practice, and build a proactive reporting culture.
From providing expert guidance on the National Quality Framework to supporting services through audits, incidents, and continuous improvement, you’ll be at the centre of ensuring safe, high-quality environments for every child.

Job Description- Monitor compliance with National Law, Regulations, and NQF standards
- Manage incidents, reporting, and regulatory submissions on time
- Provide expert advice, coaching, and support to services and teams
- Drive quality improvement, audits, and compliance assurance activities
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and support regulatory engagement
- Strong knowledge of ECEC legislation, regulations, and the NQF
- Proven experience in governance and compliance within early years settings
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
- Ongoing full-time Australian work rights

Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of ECEC legislation, regulations, and the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Proven experience in governance and compliance within early years settings
- Experience managing incidents, reporting, and regulatory submissions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
- Ongoing full-time Australian work rights (eligible to work in Australia)
- Successful completion of relevant child safety screening/background checks prior to appointment
