Job Description

  • Monitor compliance with National Law, Regulations, and NQF standards
  • Manage incidents, reporting, and regulatory submissions on time
  • Provide expert advice, coaching, and support to services and teams
  • Drive quality improvement, audits, and compliance assurance activities
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and support regulatory engagement

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of ECEC legislation, regulations, and the NQF
  • Proven experience in governance and compliance within early years settings
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
  • Ongoing full-time Australian work rights

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of ECEC legislation, regulations, and the National Quality Framework (NQF)

  • Highly organised with ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
