Job DescriptionSie sind verantwortlich für….
- Administrative Abwicklung der Bestellung; Auftragsbestätigung und Verfolgung der Liefertermine
- Abstimmung der Liefertermine und -mengen, passend zum Produktions- oder Kundenbedarf
- Stammdatenpflege (im Warenwirtschaftssystem) und allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten
- Systematische Optimierung der bestehenden Bestellprozesse
- Wöchentliche Abstimmung mit externen oder internen Lieferanten (Schwestergesellschaften in Europa)
- Sicherstellung der Erreichung von definierten Kennzahlen
- Eigenständiges Erstellen von Auswertungen und Statistiken (Reports)
- Übernahme weiterer Aufgaben/Projekte im Bereich Supply Chain
Qualifications
Sie bringen mit…
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium und Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse über Wirkungsweise/Planungsmethoden ERP – System von Vorteil
