About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative products that align with our business strategy. This role bridges the technical and business worlds, ensuring that our product vision is realized through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, product management experience, and a passion for driving products from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, and support teams, to gather product requirements and prioritize features.
  • Technical Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical teams (developers, engineers) and business stakeholders, translating technical details into clear requirements.
  • Backlog Management: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and timely delivery of key product features.
  • Agile Development: Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Product Design & Development: Have exposure working with the UX/UI design and work closely with development teams to create intuitive, user-friendly product experiences.
  • Product Launch & Go-To-Market: Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions, track KPIs, and improve product performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may affect the delivery of products on schedule.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders updated on product status, timelines, and potential roadblocks.
  • Cost and Profitability Analysis: Assess the financial impact of product development decisions, ensuring cost-effective solutions that maximize profitability.
  • Build or Buy Capabilities: Evaluate the feasibility of building in-house solutions versus purchasing third-party tools and technologies.
  • Vendor Evaluation: Lead vendor assessment and selection processes to ensure the best-fit solutions for business needs.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely completion, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-7 years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager. Experience in software development, SaaS, or technology-driven companies is preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, and cloud-based products. Ability to discuss technical concepts with engineers.
  • Agile Methodologies: Hands-on experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and KPIs to make product decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity, think critically, and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, and product analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Product Management, Scrum, or Agile (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PM/PO)
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI/ML, cloud computing, or DevOps

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

  • Experience in software development, SaaS, or technology-driven companies
