You will play a key role in crafting intuitive, user-centered designs that drive engagement and enhance the user experience for a large-scale network, serving millions of users in video and broadband services. Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

As an Senior Developer, specializing in Java Full Stack and Saas, you would:

• Lead a team of designers and engineers to create, build, and maintain high-quality Application Platform and experiences across different Customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define and deliver effective solutions.
• Architect, design, and optimize Application platform and onboard several applications to this platform.
• Customizing User experience for each consumer based on their requirements.
• Work with Product and Development owners in defining the feature user story requirements

• Responsible for End to End Software Development

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and continuously improve the Application platform and experience.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, helping to build a culture of design excellence.
• Ensure that design principles and best practices are followed, including accessibility standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex user experience challenges and design issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact, working closely with product managers and engineering teams to define requirements and priorities.

Requirements:

Key requirements and experience include:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Java Fullstack and Saas expertise design and development.
• Expertise in Saas Platform design and experience with Java, Springboot, MySQL and Hibernate for Application development.
• Strong experience in designing, developing, and optimizing user interfaces using React JS, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, ELK , Jenkins, Concourse would be beneficial.
• Strong experience in all areas of software development lifecycle

• Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and gathering user feedback
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for designing inclusive user experiences.
• Strong experience in working with development team to prevent software defects by attending requirements reviews and architectural/design reviews

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a user-centered approach to designing complex workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Experience integrating design systems and reusable UI components into development processes.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines for design and development workflows.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
