We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to support business growth and revenue generation for a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, understanding their business needs, and effectively communicating the value of our solutions. You will represent the organization at industry events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer meetings while developing and nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through multiple channels, including outbound prospecting, networking, events, referrals, and digital campaigns.
- Engage with prospects at trade shows, conferences, product launches, webinars, and promotional events.
- Educate prospective customers on product capabilities, business benefits, and value propositions.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects through effective discovery conversations and relationship-building activities.
- Execute event-related lead generation activities, including booth management, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up.
- Conduct webinars, product awareness sessions, and virtual presentations to generate interest and opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, social selling, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, pipeline activities, and sales opportunities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to maximize lead conversion and revenue growth.
- Travel as required to customer locations, industry events, and business meetings.
- Consistently achieve or exceed lead generation and revenue-related targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in SaaS sales, business development, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to identify, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads, activities, and pipeline reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly as required.
- Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS), HR Technology, EdTech, Enterprise Software, or related SaaS products.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM ecosystems.
- Experience conducting webinars, product demonstrations, and virtual sales presentations.
