We are seeking a results-driven SaaS Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline using CRM-driven outreach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients in target industries
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and calls
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho)
- Schedule and coordinate product demos for the sales team
- Nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach campaigns
- Maintain accurate records, prepare weekly reports, and track KPIs
- 2+ years of proven experience in SaaS sales, business development, or lead generation
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS sales cycles and international B2B markets
- Familiarity with lead-gen tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Prior experience in account-based sales strategies
