We’re seeking an experienced SaaS Administrators, as members of IT Operations. SaaS team is responsible for the SaaS landscape that our customers use daily to successfully do their jobs. As a SaaS Administrator for IT Operations - SaaS team, you will maintain and improve SaaS services such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, AWS, and many other SaaS applications.
Candidate MUST:
Be currently located in the United States for the current three consecutive years
Be US Citizen or US Person (Green Card Holder) with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, troubleshoot, monitor, and administer our catalog of SaaS applications
- Implement and maintain integrations between our SaaS applications
- Automate workflows and tasks to increase efficiency across our SaaS application catalog
- Collaborate with our Engineering and Business Systems teams to improve SaaS experiences for our users
- Serve as a point of escalation for the IT Support team on SaaS-related issues and participate in an on-call rotation
- Maintain documentation related to SaaS application policies, procedures, and features.
Basic Qualifications
- Active Public Trust Clearance or Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of technical experience. 4 additional years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
- You have experience in administering Google Workspace, AWS and other common SaaS applications such as Slack and Zoom
- You have experience with automation and APIs across a variety of SaaS platforms
- You are familiar with Single Sign-On technologies such as Okta, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
- You are familiar with regulated environments including SOC II and FedRAMP.
- You have a passion for learning new tools and technologies while working in a fast-paced, high growth startup environment
- Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
- Works well with limited oversight.

- Google Cloud Certification – Associate
- Atlassian Certified ITSM Specialist
- Atlassian Certified Administration Expert
