Job DescriptionABOUT THE JOB
In this Client Business Partner role, you will be responsible for the relationship of NielsenIQ’s Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) business with local clients in the Baltics, fostering profitable revenue, and increasing awareness of the broader SA&I portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently sell Strategic Analytics & Insights solutions, successfully assess the needs of our clients and proactively offer solutions in order to achieve sales targets and maintain a long-term growth focus;
- Developing business with new Clients: identifying needs, building relations, building awareness of research solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating;
- Partnering with local Account Development team to understand client needs and priorities (joint business planning);
- Scope projects responsibly to meet SA&I sales targets and ensure feasibility by partnering with the Solution expert, Customer Success and Operations teams;
- Building SA&I portfolio awareness in and outside of the organisation: presenting at conferences, clients and internal events;
- Participate in the preparation of sales plans and budgets and manage pipeline;
- The person will be responsible for the sales target.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in market data analyses, research and/or in other marketing services sales;
- Eager to continuously work on further professional development and adoption of technical knowledge related to NIQ tools and services;
- Minimum basic knowledge of consumer and shopper research methodologies;
- Bachelor's Degree required;
- Strong communication skills: verbal and written;
- Ability to build strong relations with Clients, including client management, sales and negotiations;
- High say-do ratio;
- Proficiency in English and one of the local Baltic languages.
