Job Description
The SA&I Commercial team at NIQ/GfK is dedicated to driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and uncovering new business opportunities.
As the growth engine of NIQ/GfK, the Sales function plays a critical role in the company’s overall success.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales and renewals within your assigned portfolio—building a healthy and sustainable pipeline, identifying and developing new revenue streams, and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
While the primary focus will be on the Finance and Tech & Durables sector, the scope of the role might extend to a few new sectors to expand.
In your role, you would:
Drive sales and renewals for existing accounts for own Consumer Behavior Insights + Brand (CBI+B) scope securing pipeline, new revenue opportunities and an accurate forecasting while maintaining customer relationships
Develop a complete and interconnected understanding of customer's industry/business/markets/clusters
Partner with Customer Success and other relevant teams (e.g. Retail Measurement, Retailer + Tech & Durables Account Leaders) to develop and execute Account Plans and JBPs
Working with Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction
Collect, analyze, act-on Voice of Customer feedback
Expand customer network to identify new budget holders
Escalate product needs and trends related to Consumer Behaviour Insights and Brand (CBI+B) products and solutions

A deep understanding of the market landscape, our CBI+B products, and our processes is at the forefront of your mind. Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum 7-10+ years of experience
Solid sales skills and developed sales expertise in target scope
Solid understanding of data analytics industry, business model, products, services, and solutions like Brand Health, Segmentation, Usage & Attitude studies, Shopper and Shopping Behavior, Customer Experience and Advertising Effectiveness
Experience working with Finance, tech, telco public sector and automotiv sector clients
Solid understanding of market trends and its interdependencies impacting customers
