S4o9 PMO Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery management of S4o9 deployment in the region. The role requires extensive experience in managing and delivering complex, global, multi-phase SAP enterprise engagements.
The role will cover deployment of o9 and S4 migration projects.
This role combines advanced project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with appropriate knowledge of enterprise applications, functionality and solutions to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact, high-value projects.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Establishes and runs a well-structured program management governance and drive consistency and quality in project execution using MDS TGM methodology
- Ability to consolidate templates and draft powerpoint slide to manage, drive and communicate program statuses
- Develops and manages an Integrated Master Project plan on MS Project and JIRA - the plan should clearly map out critical path deliverables and cross-workstream dependencies
- Represent Program performance in the BU/regional S4o9 governance forums
- Being proactive in identifying and managing risks and what is coming down the line; and communicating with key stakeholders in a productive and engaging manner is critical to the success - Owns Risk tracking and reporting through JIRA
- Ability to understand issues, deep dive, guide and drive to resolution understanding business impacts
- Coordinate and align plans and deliverables with cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external partners to ensure successful program delivery
- Accountable for driving overall program delivery - including meeting of all project tollgates/milestones within set timelines (as per project plan)
- Work closely with the SAP DevOps team and act as a key point of contact for facilitating information to and from the DevOps team to the Project Teams
- Tracks and reports on scope change control and facilitates KDD development and presentations at Regional Alignment Forums
- Supports Regional Delivery lead for tracking execution of regional SOW's, PO's, Invoices etc. ensuring no risk on delivery timelines
- Coach and mentor project managers from other teams to build capability in the organization
- Provide guidance and steer to program team members in understanding expected outcomes of the program deliverables
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Experience: 15-20 years of experience in Digital and Business Transformation Program and Project management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- 5-8 years project experience of delivering SAP/S4 Migration projects and/or Planning tool implementation (IBP/o9/SAC..)
- Functional Skills: Proven track record of delivering programs using recognised Program Management Methodologies - Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Prince2 etc. Knowledge and exerience of MDLZ TGM would be ideal.
- Technical Skills: Working experience of SAP Modules. Advanced expertise in working with Project Management Tools (MS Project, JIRA); Comprehensive understanding of SAP Activate Methodology - release management, DevOps methodology, Data Migration, Testing and Cut over Management. Familiarity with SAP RISE deployment would be good to have.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, communicate and inspire project teams and drive successful project outcomes. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Program / Project Management Certfication from industry acredited bodies - PMP, Agile/Scrum etc
Travel requirements: Limited
Work schedule: Flexible with some weekend work over cutover weekends
