As an S/4 Director of Transformation for the SAP S/4HANA implementation, you will play a critical role in owning and driving end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) transformation across the Process Automation Strategic Business Group. You are responsible for ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and business value realization of SAP S/4 across all supply chain functions.

This role leads the transition to S/4HANA, driving improvements in operational efficiency and business process performance across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.  Additionally, the incumbent will represent and advocate for ISC with related functions (eg. finance and project/business operations) to ensure efficient and effective integrated processes from end-to-end. 

As the primary ISC business leader for S/4, you will partner with Corporate S/4 program teams, Global Design Model (GDM) stakeholders, and value stream leaders to align enterprise standards with business needs while driving successful transformation outcomes.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end ISC transformation and program governance for the SBG, driving business value, standardization, and operational performance across ISC functions.
  • Act as the primary ISC leader for S/4 within the SBG, accountable for deployment success, business readiness, and adoption outcomes.
  • Partner with Corporate S/4, GDM, and value stream leaders to shape and deploy global design aligned to business requirements.
  • Drive fit-to-standard adoption and ISC process standardization while identifying and resolving gaps.
  • Establish and manage program governance, execution cadence, and executive reporting.
  • Lead deployment readiness and change adoption including process, data, organization, and training.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment and proactive risk management across cross-functional teams.
  • Drive continuous business process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Apply best practices from project-based business environments.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or ISC leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred) in large-scale ERP transformations.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end ISC processes is important.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven experience driving business process improvement.
  • Experience in matrixed, global organizations.

Additional Role Considerations

  • This role requires flexibility in working hours to support global stakeholders and may require up to 25% travel.
