Your role at Clorox:

We are looking for a highly analytical and collaborative S&OP Analyst to support and drive our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. In this role, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to develop accurate demand forecasts, improve forecast performance, and enable data-driven business decisions.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, challenge assumptions constructively, and translate business plans into actionable forecasts.

In this role, you will:

S&OP Process Leadership
  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end S&OP process.
  • Facilitate demand, supply, and alignment meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to planning timelines, governance, and decision-making processes.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on forecasts and business plans.
Demand Planning & Forecasting
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical methods and commercial inputs.
  • Build annual and fiscal-year demand plans incorporating market insights, promotions, innovation, and growth initiatives.
  • Evaluate assumptions and recommend forecast adjustments based on business trends and data analysis.
  • Provide visibility of forecast changes and demand risks.
Forecast Performance Management
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and forecast bias metrics.
  • Identify root causes of forecasting errors and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast quality and planning performance.
  • Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders through regular performance reviews.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks.
  • Maintain forecasting databases and planning systems.
  • Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity across multiple planning sources.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Challenge volume assumptions using data-driven insights.
  • Support scenario planning and business reviews.
  • Communicate forecast risks, opportunities, and recommendations to leadership.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, or related functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of forecasting methodologies and demand planning principles.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Minimum Intermediate level of English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access or similar database tools.
  • Experience working in consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, or supply chain environments.
  • Understanding of forecast accuracy, bias, and planning KPI management.
