What you’ll be doing

As Marketing Lead, you'll own the local marketing strategy and drive growth across performance marketing, commercial partnerships, CRM and customer acquisition in the Baltics. You'll focus on measurable results - new customers, retention and gross order value - while ensuring marketing spend delivers efficient customer acquisition, MAU, and measurable GOV growth. 

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Build and lead the Baltics marketing strategy, balancing OKRs, budgets and local and global campaign priorities
  • Work closely with global marketing functions (e.g. performance marketing, CRM), commercial teams, local leadership and Marketplace/Retail leads to align marketing activities with business goals
  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with merchants and partners, measuring impact on incremental orders, new customer acquisition and merchant attach rates.
  • Lead local and hyper-local acquisition initiatives - paid campaigns, organic activations, events and partnerships with local businesses - with a clear test-and-learn approach to scaling what works.
  • Manage influencer and social channels as measurable acquisition and retention levers, tracking performance against CPA and engagement benchmarks.
  • Lead and develop a team of approx 5 Marketing Managers and Specialists, helping them grow and deliver strong results
 Our Humble Expectations
  • You have strong experience in growth marketing, performance marketing and commercial partnerships, with a track record of delivering against acquisition and retention targets.
  • You understand how to build marketing strategies that support commercial goals and deliver measurable business impact.
  • You are confident in analysing data and dashboards, interpreting cohort data, setting up campaign incrementality tests, and making budget allocation decisions based on CPA, LTV and payback periods.
  • You have experience managing and optimising significant paid media budgets across multiple channels, with a strong grasp of attribution, incrementality, and efficiency
  • You have experience building partnerships and working closely with commercial teams or key accounts.
  • You are hands-on and comfortable leading both strategic planning and local campaign execution.
  • You have strong leadership skills and enjoy developing and supporting a team.
  • You can easily communicate in English

Skills Required

  • 4+ years of work experience in consulting, investment banking, technology, or related
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and growth strategy
  • Comfortable with data and solid analytical skills
  • Experience with online analytical tools, SQL a plus
  • Experience in forecasting, financial planning & budget allocation
  • Excellent Excel and data handling skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to own a project
