Built on Workday (BoW) is the single biggest undertaking that the Kainos Workday Product Group has undertaken. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing our Built on Workday strategy in designated areas of North America. They will form an integral link with Workday’s sales organisation and be responsible for maximising Kainos' investment in the relationship. Working with the VP of Built on Workday they will support the development of the overall BoW GTM strategy and be responsible for it’s execution in the North American region.  

 

They will work closely with local Product Sales Leaders to achieve goals and targets whilst ensuring operational standards and processes are in line with global BoW standards.  

 

 

Main purpose of the role & responsibilities in the business:  

  • Build and maintain close relationships with regional Workday Snr Sales Leaders and Alliances.  

  • Use Workday relationships to identify GTM opportunities for Kainos WDP via the BoW framework. 

  • Create, lead, coordinate and track demand generation campaigns with regional Kainos WDP and Workday sales teams. 

  • Track and report on the success of regional BoW activities.

  • Align with Kainos WDP Incubator Team to identify and validate potential BoW apps. 

  • Drive BoW operational excellence throughout Kainos WDP North American region. 

 

Minimum (essential) requirements:  

 

The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of Kainos products, Go-To-Market models, and the Workday ecosystem.  

 

They will also have strong relationships within Workday's sales, marketing, and product teams in North America.  

 

In addition, they will have shown: 

  • demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, 

  • ability to build and coach successful revenue teams, and, 

  • competence in negotiation to C-level. 

 

Desirable:  

  • 5+ years of SaaS Sales and Marketing experience 

  • Business development experience in US and European markets.
