About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Rumford Hourly Production worker. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality products. You will work closely with other team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe and clean work environment. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role. As a Rumford Hourly Production worker, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process and contribute to the success of our company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with production equipment and processes
  • Experience with quality control procedures
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Compensation: 

$22.51 – $47.91 per hour
This position offers a progressive pay structure. Employees are hired at $22.51 and are required to complete training and demonstrate proficiency at each defined level of responsibility in order to advance and qualify for the highest rate of pay.
