The Role

We are looking for an RTSM Program Director to join our Randomization & Trial Supply Management (RTSM) team. This individual will manage one or more customer programs. In this role, you will oversee successful delivery of RTSM projects which may include but is not limited to defining and documenting standards, capturing and meeting KPIs, and governance. Working closely with key stakeholders across the team, this individual will play a critical role in helping us innovate and deliver with speed and quality.

What You'll Do

• Inform and advise on standards and best practices at a program level 
• Work with the team on quality and speedy delivery at a program level
• Project manage multiple key initiatives
• Lead and support team members and Customers on calls and meetings as needed
• Quarterback of the internal and external teams to ensure we have a scalable process at a program level
• Less than 10% travel required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience managing customer portfolios/programs
• 3+ years of experience in a software company in life sciences
• 1+ year of experience in RTSM
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
