RTR Financial Team Lead or SV (Korean)
How you will do it
- Handle RTR related activities
- Manage RTR’s team member
- Identify, manage, and resolve customer issues as they arise in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor accounts RTR activities, identifying, resolving, or escalating issues to the senior manager when necessary
- Ensure compliance with JCI accounting policies, procedures, and processes
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the accounts RTR function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine
What we look for
- Over than 5 years RTR Experiences
- Accounting related degree
- People management experiences is plus
- Project lead experience
- Good Communication skill
