RTR Senior Intercompany Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Processing Intercompany (Allied) transactions and reconciliations between parties; 

• Preparing and checking intercompany statements; 

• Ensuring that all Allied (Intercompany) transactions are processed in a timely and efficient manner; 

• Monitoring Intercompany processes like Idoc and ICR processes; 

• Analyzing and resolving intercompany imbalances; ensuring no variances in ICP report above threshold; 

• Tracking aged items, variances and fixing them; escalating as needed; 

• Reconciling general ledger accounts; 

• Assisting in and coordination of audit processes by providing/collecting requested documentation and additional explanation;  

• Develop and maintain department accounting procedures and manuals (SOPs).

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting 3+ years

• Working experience in AP or AR

• University degree in Finance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent oral and written skills in English

• SAP knowledge
