Where You’ll Make a Difference
Perform US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) accounting, reporting, and data analysis for month-end closing activities.
Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
Conduct general ledger (GL) account analysis and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
Execute SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) controls and maintain documentation for audit readiness.
Accrue FI (Financial) invoices and process standard and recurring journal entries.
Manage sub-ledger activities for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
Process local tax provisions, allocations, cycles, and currency revaluations.
Review cost center expenses and preliminary profit and loss (P&L) statements.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors and support continuous improvement of closing processes.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in general accounting and financial processes.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting procedures.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with strong emphasis on Excel.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and delivering excellent customer service.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
Critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
