About us

We are looking for people to join core team of our newly created Shared Service Center

in Warsaw and to help us establish best in class service.

What we can offer you

You will be a part of a finance Team focusing on delivering operational excellence to our locations across Europe. You will be taking a key role in the transition process for European entities, stabilizing and ensuring the smooth running of RTR processes to provide the best in class service to our European businesses.

 

Your main tasks

  • Performing general accounting and reporting tasks, including processing journal entries, calculation of accruals, processing of allocations
  • Participation in preparing of financial statements in accordance with international financial reporting standards
  • Managing of month-end close process, ensuring the books are closed on time and in good quality
  • Participation in transitions and establishing new process in SSC in RTR area
  • Cooperation and communication with auditors and Local Husqvarna Teams
  • Ensuring completeness and correctness of data in accounting / financial system
  • Reporting of financial results in relevant systems
  • Balance sheet reconciliation - analysis and review of the balance sheet items
  • Verifying the correctness and completeness of data, reports and statements along with the analysis of deviations
  • Preparing monthly / annual / quarterly reports and other documents required by the management team
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Preparing reports and analysis
  • Assuring process compliance with Husqvarna policies and regulatory guidelines

 

Requirements

  • Professional experience in the area of accounting / bookkeeping and good knowledge
    of General Ledger process
  • Very good command of spoken and written English, second language like German or French will be an asset
  • Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Very good knowledge of SAP or JD Edwards
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in Transitions (Process maps & SOP creation)
  • Be a strong team player
