Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Strong skillset working with windows servers, and database systems (e.g., SQL Server) and basic query/troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Visio.
  • Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including VLANs, Wi-Fi (802.11), and network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment of constant deadlines and rapidly evolving technologies and demands.
  • Demonstrates self-motivation and initiative in understanding the needs of others.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effectively analyzes workload and assigns priorities to adapt to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Able to build professional relationships with peers and superiors and the ability to work comfortably with both business and technical professionals.
  • Strong documentation skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience with network infrastructure, and server environments (physical and virtual).
  • Experience deploying and supporting location-based technologies (e.g., Wi-Fi, BLE, RFID, UWB) in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-system environments involving hardware, software, and network components.
  • Experience working in healthcare IT environments or with clinical systems is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam would be considered an advantage.
