About the Role
RST Process Engineer design, optimizes, and maintains the manufacturing workflows to ensure safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness. Ensures process and components changes comply with quality and safety regulations along with all required documentation. The process engineer bridges the gap between R&D and day to day plant activities when new product launches are being implemented.
What You Will Do
Feasibility reports
Validations for product / process changes (IQ, OQ, PQ)
BOMs maintenance
Develop of MSRA for new machinery
Support cost savings initiatives
Support PM with Global / Local Initiatives
Develop of Process Routings
AP Cost Estimates
BPCS transactions
Support CAPEX projects from start to full implementation
Who You Are
University Degree in Mechatronic, Electronic, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or other related
3–5- years' experience in Manufacturing/Medical Industry in a similar position as NPI/Project preferer.
Having a structured mindset and ability for analytical thinking.
Management skills for people and equipment
Ability to work independent, safe, self-reliant and team-oriented
Knowledge of MS Office/MS Project/Think Cell/ BPCS/SAP/AutoCad
Fully bilingual
Project management (PMBOK/PMP/MBA is a plus)
Equipment validations (IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ) knowledge.
Lean manufacturing methodology knowledge

- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or the medical industry in a similar position
