Perform continuous monitoring of:
Access control systems
Video surveillance systems
Intrusion detection systems
Safety and environmental alarm systems
Conduct initial triage and classification of events:
Security events
Safety (EHS) events
Infrastructure-related incidents
Execute incident escalation in accordance with GSOC escalation models:
Security Operations teams
EHS response teams
IRC / Infrastructure Operations
Support incident communication coordination:
Notify relevant stakeholders
Track escalation status
Maintain incident timelines
Monitor infrastructure operational alerts, including:
Security system outages
Access disruptions
Facility-related operational issues
Maintain real-time situational awareness during active incidents
Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and tracking records
Adhere to GSOC standard operating procedures, escalation thresholds, and event classification models
Support 24/7 operations, including shift-based monitoring coverage
Requirements:
Diploma holder
Any relevant working experience will be advantageous
Basic understanding of Physical security systems (ACS, CCTV, IDS) and Data center operations and critical infrastructure environments
Strong situational awareness and ability to perform structured triage
Ability to follow escalation protocols with discipline and accuracy
Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment
